Have questions? Please check out the FAQ below. I am happy to answer additional questions during a consultation in relation to your pet.

I am able to provide professional references upon request that you are welcome to contact.

During the consultation, you get a chance to meet me, and I get a chance to meet your pet(s). You may ask any questions you feel are necessary to the health and safety of your pet. You are under no obligation to book service. Should you decide you would like to book service, I will have you fill out some paperwork on information about your pet, vet info, as well as collect keys if that is your preferred method. Should you decide to book service later, you will be responsible for dropping of keys or leaving them in a lock box.

A copy of keys may be collected during the consultation. Keys will be held until you wish to collect them. I recommend using a lock box should you not wish to keep a key on file. I am not responsible for keys not kept in a secure location.

Every visit you be provided with an email update detailing that the visit took place and photos.

Medication for pets is taken on a case by case basis based on the temperament of the pet. I have experience providing medication in food as well as orally. At this time, I do not provide injections.

Additional animals are $5.00 per a visit.

Holiday visits are an extra $5.00 per a visit. The Holidays that are charged this extra fee are President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve Day, New Years Day.

You may choose to leave cash or a check somewhere to be found on the first visit or keep a credit card number on file. Visit(s) must be paid for in advance. I cannot guarantee service if payment has not been received before or during the first visit.

In case of an emergency, you will be contacted immediately via the fastest method possible. If I cannot get a hold of you, I will take the necessary steps to make sure your pet is receiving the best of care. I will contact your vet if necessary and bring them there. You will be responsible for all costs related to the emergency.
